Toshiba 46XV545U has SRT Super Upconversion which can improve picture quality with standard definition sources. It measures is 43.7 x 3.7 x 27.6 inches (WxDxH) and 61.7 pounds weight. Toshiba’s internal menu system are too many eventhough the arrangement is logical and there is also some sort of contextual explanations.
The 46XV545U is filled with a 120Hz refresh rate along with dejudder processing. It’s 46 inch widescreen LCD display has a native resolution of 1080p. Some picture modes are Sports, Standard, Movie, PC, and Preference (the only one which can be adjusted). Three color temperatures are Warm, Medium, and Cool.
Toshiba calls Color Management System as Color Master. Selecting Color Palette, we can make settings for all six colors. The 42RV530U offers an aspect ratio mode and dubbed Native, which designed to show every pixel of 1080i and 1080p sources without scaling or overscan. There are also Power Save and Fast turn on that affects standby power consumption. It’s connectivity are four HDMI inputs, three on the back and another on the side, and is joined by a PC input (1,280×1,024-pixel maximum resolution), two component-video inputs, an AV input with S-Video and composite video, optical digital and analog stereo audio outputs, and another AV input with composite video on the side panel.
The picture quality is good enough. It reproduced slightly deeper blacks. Shadow detail was also quite good. The Toshiba 46XV545U includes numerous video processing options. An option called ClearFrame in the menu engages the set’s 120Hz processing, and dejudder is handled by Film Stabilization, which has two settings called Standard and Smooth.
