The iMac is designed with iLife ’09, Mac OS X Leopard, built-in wireless, speakers, and ultrathin anodized aluminum Apple Keyboard. Its 24 in display produces 1,920×1,080 native resolution as 1080p and equipped with the built-in iSight camera and microphone. Unfortunately this iMac is not filled by a Blu-ray drive. Some additional for the connections are two USB 2.0 port, and replaced the Mini DVI output with a Mini DisplayPort jack.
It’s powered by a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, includes a fast 1066 MHz front-side bus speed and super-sized 6 MB L2 cache. With 4GB of RAM and a 640GB hard drive, the iMac’s specs are now more or less in line with Windows-based all-in-ones. This iMac also gets a boost in video processing power from the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated graphics chip with 256 MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory.
Some software inside it are the Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard (includes Time Machine, Quick Look, Spaces, Spotlight, Dashboard, Mail, iChat, Safari, Address Book, QuickTime, iCal, DVD Player, Photo Booth, Front Row, Xcode Developer Tools) and the iLife ’09 (includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, iWeb, GarageBand).
